Choose the cat litter that best suits your home and your cat. In this section you will find clumping litter (Kit Cat NovaClump, Coziecat, Papillon), plant-based soya, tofu, pea or tea litter (Kit Cat Eco, Kit Cat 2nd Chance, Luucks Up) and silica litter in different sizes, as well as scoops and odour eliminators.
Which type of litter should you choose?
- Mineral clumping: forms compact clumps that are easy to remove; versions with activated carbon or scent are available.
- Plant-based (soya, tofu, pea): light and low in dust; check the product page for how to dispose of it according to the manufacturer.
- Silica: absorbs moisture and locks in odour; remove solids and stir the litter daily.
Litter tray tips
- Remove waste daily and replace the litter according to the manufacturer’s directions.
- Keep a deep enough layer of litter so your cat can dig and cover.
- If you switch litter type, do it gradually by mixing it with the old one.
- As a general rule, one litter tray per cat plus one extra is recommended.
